The Video Tagging functionality allows users to create their own tagging catalogs and add manual tags to any video. In their catalogs, users can create different groups of tags. Tags can be either custom tags that they later tag manually or automated tags that can be chosen from a list. Using such a tagging catalog, users can then create tags according to their catalog and download them or add them to a Playlist. 

When creating a tag, the user can specify these details:

• Type
  • Static: a static type has a fixed duration and a fixed pre-roll that can be defined by the user
  • Ongoing: an ongoing tag has no fixed duration but is manually started and ended by the user
• Attributes
  • A user can define multiple attributes for a tag
  • For each Attribute, a user can define possible values
• Hotkey
  • A user can define a hotkey for a tag to speed up the creation of the most important tags
